“ProCredit Bank” launched activity in Armenia on February 5, 2008 (RA CB licence N85, issued on December 7, 2007). “ProCredit Bank” consists of 100% foreign capital. The bank provides a full package of banking and financial services and its activity is directed at crediting small and medium enterprise. One of the most important directions of the bank’s activity is to support formation of the culture of savings in the society, starting even from small sums.
“ProCredit Bank” is a member of ProCredit Group, consisting of 22 financial structures, functioning in Eastern Europe, Africa and Latin America. Their activity is led and supervised by the Head Company – ProCredit Holding AG, based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

- “European Bank for Reconstruction and Development” (EBRD) – 16.67% of shares
- “Development Bank” (KfW) – 14.87% of shares
Bank is a member of Union of banks of Armenia, Deposit Guarantee Fund of Armenia, VISA international payment system, as well as American Chamber of Commerce in Armenia.
As of June , 2010, the number of the bank’s employees made 253 people.
