"Ameriabank" CJSC, former "Armimpexbank" CJSC, is the legal successor of the
latter, which was established in 1910 as Yerevan branch of the Caucasus Trade
Bank.
License N50 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued on 8
September 1992.
99,1% of the shares of bank belong to TDA Holging Limited Fund - affilitated
company of Russian "Troika Dialogue" Company. The Ministry of Finance and
Economy of Armenia participates in the chartered capital of the bank. In June
2008 renamed to "Ameriabank" CJSC.
The bank is the member of international MasterCard and national ArCa
payment systems. It is the agent of Western Union international money transfer
system.
As of 30 June 2008: total capital - 7 895 817 thousand dram, the assets - 30
307 901 thousand dram, the liabilities - 22 412 084 thousand dram.
